Important Information about the 2009 Pool Season

Dear Neighbors,

            Enclosed in this mailing is your 2009 Pool Pass.  You and your family need only ONE POOL PASS.  No other action is required. 

You or your family members MUST show the POOL PASS when you enter the pool area.  Access to the pool will be denied if you do not have your Pool Pass.

            The Willow Pointe Pool will be open Memorial Day week-end and then begin the regular summer schedule Saturday, May 30^th.  Hours of operations will be noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday throughout the summer months.

Please take the time to review the 2009 Pool Rules with your family.  The guards will adhere to these rules at all times.  Families are limited to four guest total, not four guests per family member.  Children under 12 years of age without adult supervision will be denied access.

In addition, the following Weather Policy will be activated as necessary.  “At the first sight of lightning or the first sound of thunder, the pool will be cleared of all swimmers.  Residents may be asked to leave the premises, depending upon the severity of the weather conditions.  The pool will re-open 30 minutes after the last sight of lightning or the last sound of thunder.”  This policy is based upon recommendations from the National Lightning Safety Institute and the American Red Cross.

            Your satisfaction with the management of the pool including the condition of the pool and the performance of the staff are of high importance to us.  If you have concerns or issues, please do not hesitate to pass them on to the Board at wphoa.board@willowpointe.org.

            If you loose your Pool Pass or wish to have an additional pass please contact Randall Management 713-728-1126.  The cost will be $10.00 for each Pass.

A great way to remember your Pool Pass as you head out to the pool is to place it in a luggage tag and secure it on your pool bag or simply punch a hole in the Pass and use a key chain to secure it to the bag strap.
